Directions for use:

• Lit the top of the moxa roll.
• Place the moxa roll into the included holder.
• Place a tissue towards the front of the toilet bowl.
• Place the moxa roll onto the tissue.
• Sit on the toilet seat and allow the fumigation therapy to begin.
• The therapy session is completed when the moxa roll burns out.
