The Multi-Functional Monitor is designed to quantitatively measure the concentration of

blood glucose, uric acid, total cholesterol and triglyceride with fresh capillary whole blood

or venous whole blood (depends on the test item)，and measure human blood pressure.

Component Descriptions

1 Multi-functional monitor : The monitor can test Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Uric

Acid, Total Cholesterol and Triglyceride.

2 Test Strips: Blood Glucose test strips, Uric Acid test strips, Total Cholesterol test

strips, Triglyceride test strips.

3 Lancing Device: It is used to puncture the fingertip together with the blood needle to

collect blood samples. The packaged puncture device has multiple depth settings, allowing

users to adjust the puncture depth and minimize discomfort. When measuring blood

pressure, wrap the arm strap and binding position correctly, and pay attention to the sitting

posture.

4 Sterile Lancets: Used with the lancing device to collect blood specimens for

individual test. Sterile lancets are inserted into the lancing device with each blood collection

and discarded after use.

5 Arm Cuff: After use, tidy the arm cuff to ensure cleanliness.

6 Carrying Case: Provides portability for testing.

7 Quick Start Guide: Guide users to quickly start testing.

8 User’s Manual: Provides detailed instructions.

9 Warranty Card: Card included in the package, which should be completed and

returned to the distributor to qualify for the 2-year meter warranty.

Control Solution (Optional): Control solution is used to check if the meter and test strips

are correctly working together as a system. To ensure the accuracy of test results.
