Born in Manchester and crafted with ambition, One Point Six is Manchester's first single malt whisky, representing a bold new chapter in the evolution of English whisky.

Made using exclusively English barley grown in Norfolk, our whisky is produced through a distinctive combination of traditional distilling techniques, extended fermentation and a unique blend of distillers' and Chardonnay wine yeasts. Double distilled in our copper pot still and matured in carefully selected oak casks, One Point Six delivers exceptional depth, complexity and character.

Created by the independent, family-founded Spirit of Manchester Distillery, One Point Six is the culmination of five years of passion, experimentation and craftsmanship.
