The OTC-150A Ozone test chamber simulates the oxidative effect of ozone on materials in the natural environment. It generates ozone with a controllable concentration using a silent discharge tube, and combines with a precise temperature and humidity control system to replicate the aging process of materials in an ozone environment. Equipped with static/dynamic stretching functions, it can simulate the stress-bearing state of materials. Meanwhile, it monitors parameters such as ozone concentration, temperature and humidity in real time to ensure stable test conditions.

Widely used in fields including rubber, textiles and cables, it is applied to verify properties like ozone cracking resistance of automotive rubber seals, ozone color fastness of outdoor textiles, and ozone aging resistance of cable sheaths. It provides scientific data for material R&D and quality inspection, helps enterprises control the weather resistance of products, and effectively ensures the stable performance and safe service life of products during long-term use.
