Vinification is to place the crushed grapes in temperature control steel tank for macerattion, fermentation firstly; then the young wine evolves at least 9 months in big oak casks. Finally, bottled wines are stored horizontally foraging in underground cellar for months.
Colour is ruby red, with garnet red highlights. Nose fragrant of red berry, cherry alcoholic, fruit jam, floral of violet and spices. Taste of full body wine, well balanced tannin, long lasting bouquet. Good pairing with varieties of pasta, and tasty combinative main courses.
