Soil type: Alluvial landfill, highly fertile surface, well-drained under soil.
Vine training system: Simple Trentino pergola and Guyot.
Vinification: Grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The fermentation is at controlled temperature and the ageing is effected in steel vats and for a limited quantity in oak barriques.
Then, further ageing in the bottle for a couple of months.
Characteristics: Yellow straw colour, fruity with mineral notes, delicate and intense on the nose. Dry, soft, rich in fruity hints and persistent on the palate.
As accompaniment: As aperitif. It marries well with light dishes. Ideal with hors d’oeuvre and soups.
