Colour: bright gold colour with greenish highlights.
Bouquet: hawthorn blossoms, ripe grapes, marzipan, hazelnut, amber, lemongrass and green apple. Milky (butter, hot croissant) and mineral aromas (flint) are commonplace, as is honey.
