These are rolled light-bulb strings which consists of same-colour light bulbs connected one by one. The bulb strings are thin and flexible, so it is easy to encircle anything for luminous decoration in Christmas or other celebrations. The rolled bulbs can act as a small wheel-like plate or be kept unrolled.
