I. Characteristics of Natural Crystals

We guarantee all crystals are 100% natural and genuine.

No natural crystal is flawless. Ice cracks, cotton inclusions, mineral pits, veining, slight color variations, or tiny size differences are normal and do not constitute quality issues.

Perfectionists, please reconsider before purchasing.

II. Basic Principles

No returns or exchanges for non-quality issues (e.g., "I don't like it", "looks different from imagination", "size doesn't fit", etc.).

Quality issues (severe breakage, man-made damage, wrong item): Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. Once verified, we will arrange a return & refund and cover round-trip shipping.

Counterfeit items: If an authoritative certificate proves the product is not natural crystal, we will issue a full refund and also cover the appraisal fee and return shipping.

III. Return Process (quality issues only)

Within 48 hours of delivery, provide order number, issue description, and photos/videos.

We will reply within 24 hours to confirm.

Return the item with all original packaging, gifts, certificates, etc.

After inspection, refund will be issued within 5 business days.

IV. Returns NOT accepted for:

Contact after 48 hours

Customer-caused damage, alteration, or missing accessories

Natural characteristics (ice cracks, inclusions, pits, color variations, etc.)

Worn, used, or cleaned items (non-quality issues)
