Sound of Thousand Years is an aged awamori ("kusu") by using Oak Barrels for aging methods, turning the distilled and transparent raw sake into amber to create a mild aroma. After the long fermentation in oak barrels, the wine has a soft brandy-like sweetness that is mellow and rich, without adding any additives. The bottle is designed in a soft-hued packaging, and the label is made of cork, making it perfect for gifting or personal use.
