Sauvignon 2010
Doc Colli Orientali del Friuli
Line: Zuc di Volpe
Description:
The Sauvignon Zuc di Volpe is a straw yellow colour. It is a well balanced wine in its aroma/structure ratio. The first sensation to find in this wine is the harmony amongst its components: from the distinct ‘green’ notes, easily recognised by the nose, which made this grape famous, to the perception on the palate of fruits, softness and elegance.
Serving suggestions:
The Sauvignon is enticing if drunk as an aperitif. It pairs well with seafood, and first courses containing tomatoes or bell peppers.
