South Australia Adelaide Hills Chardonnay

Chardonnay is the Queen of White grape varieties, it is the base to sparkling and ours is no exception. In Western wine culture this is a premium wine for foods with spices, bold flavours and seafood. Served Chilled this is a perfect wine to also enjoy on a balmy evening.
It is nurtured on the vineyard and gently pressed to preserve the essence of this fine fruit. It is developed in cool controlled fermentation with no oak.
The result is a straw yellow color with pale green hues.
It is a wine of pure varietal characters citrus and stone fruit with lifted herbaceous overtones.
A balanced palate with a fresh acidity and crisp finish.
Contains Sulphites naturally occurring - no added chemicals or thinner
