Due to the advantage of the high flexibility of onsite installation requirement, the high tensile steel strand reinforcement is commonly used in prestressed ground anchor applications. Similar to steel bar, suitable corrosion protection measures have to be used in conjunction with the reinforcement. The strand Spacers separate the strands and provide the required grout covering each strand for better protection against corrosion.
