- Texas yeast strain captured from a pecan nut. Other ingredients include Texas yellow-dent corn; Texas soft red winter wheat; Texas water; and the North Texas aging climate. The bourbon is aged for approximately 5 years.
- It is smooth with flavors of dark fruit, sweet spice and caramel.
