Haiwang ZKJ-D Multi-layer high-frequency vibrating screen is a wet screening equipment of fine materials developed from advanced foreign technology. The design of multi-decks (max. 5 decks) saves space and increases capacity; the screening efficiency is greatly increased by imported vibrating motors, linear vibrating locus, leaning angle of 15°-25°, repulping technology and high conveyance speed; the screen frame is supported by imported spring, resulting in low noises, low power consumption, low dynamic load and long service life; the imported flexible PU screen mesh (opening size ≤0.1mm) is efficient, highly opening, anti-blocking, anti-abrasive and long-life.
Main application scope
ZKJ-D multi-layer high-frequency vibrating screen can replace spiral separators in closed circuit of grinding and classification in ferrous and non ferrous metal mines, such as lead zinc mines, tin mines, tungsten mines, or works together with cyclones which significantly increases classification efficiency, reduces over grinding, increases recovery rate and grinding capacity by 10%.
ZKJ-D multi-layer high-frequency vibrating screen can also works with cyclones, or FBSTM coarse coal slime fluidizing bed separator, or LXA coal spiral separator to separate coarse coal slimes in coal preparation plants.
