With H1X High Heat inside the base, GN 1/1 Universal becomes a cordless food warmer with a food pan’s surface temperature constant at around 80°C (176°F) for 2+ hours*.

Food Warming with H1X Hot Cell (Low Heat Selection)
With H1X High Heat inside the base, GN 1/1 Universal becomes a cordless food warmer with a food pan’s temperature constant at around 60°C (140°F) for 3+ hours*.

Food Warming with Heat Blaster
Use clean water to activate the Heat Blaster heat pack with the Heat Blaster Insert placed inside the GN 1/1 Universal, instant steam brings the food pan’s surface temperature to around 80°C (176°F) for 30 minutes hours*.

Food Cooling with C1 Pro Cold Cell
With completely frozen C1 Pro cold cells inside the GN 1/1 Universal, it’s ultra cooling performance can boost the food pan’s surface temperature constant at below 4°C (39°F) for 4+ hours*.

*Stated performance are based on the product with lid protection and placed at an environment with temperature at around 25°C (77°F). The temperature change of the ambient temperature has great affects to the overall thermal duration and performance.
