The thermal probe comes with a magnetic socket MDP-2 / MDP-3.
One end of the probe is inserted into the cooking device to control temperature, while the other end is plugged with a magnetic socket.
When the power cord is being pulled, the socket will be detached from the probe and prevent the unit from being toppling.
It has been widely used in BBQ grill, Oil Deep Fryer, Skillet, Griddle.
