This wine is elaborated from selected hand-picked Airén and Macabeo grape varieties. Grapes are soaked for 10 hours at a low temperature (10 ºC) for maximum extraction of aromas. After that grape juice “flor” bleed and it is taken to stainless steel tanks of controlled fermentation. Fermentation takes 15 days at temperature that ranges from 12 to 14 ºC.
