The white dry wine is produced from specially selected grapes from the Tsinandali microzone. It is fermented at a controlled temperature of 12°C or 16°C in tanks to ensure maximum fruit intensity and crispness. This wine perfectly preserves the typical aroma of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes.
