1. Quality Issue

If the products have quality problems caused by manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide relevant photos or videos for verification. After confirmation, we will provide solutions including replacement, repair, or refund according to the specific situation.

2. Product Damage During Transportation

For products damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately after receiving the goods and provide supporting evidence. We will assist in solving the issue through negotiation with the shipping carrier.

3. Non-quality Related Returns

For non-quality related returns, the buyer should contact us in advance. Return approval depends on product condition, order terms, and both parties' agreement. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

4. Customized Products

For OEM/ODM customized products, returns or refunds are not accepted due to changes in buyer requirements after production starts, unless there are confirmed quality issues.

5. Warranty

All products are covered by a 1-year warranty under normal use conditions.
