1. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings? 

Yes,We have a professional R&D team, so we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings.

2. What is your terms of payment? 

30% deposit before production, balance 70% by T/T against copy of B/L or 100% L/C at sight, Or any other payment terms to be discussed.

3. What is the lead time? 

For the new products, the lead time should be nearly 60 days. But for the repeat order, It usually takes 30 to 45 days after received your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. 

4. Can you provide the sample?  

Yes, we can. But the sample fee and freight will be collected.

5. What is your terms of delivery? 

We accept FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

6. How to solve the quality problems after sales?   

Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.

Our MOQ depends on different item. Normally, our customers order 1x40’HQ. 15~20 items can be combined in 1x40’HQ container. No less than 500pcs for each item.More quantity will receive more competitive price.
