The Valdivieso Brut Extra is a single-vineyard, estate-grown sparkling wine from the Curico Valley in Chile. The Valdivieso Extra Brut is aged in the bottle for 18 months. The color is a charming light shiny golden wheat yellow. On the nose the wine shows sliced apple, grapefruit and buttered toast. With very effervescent bubbles, the wine is sharp on the tongue but evaporates quickly, leaving the flavors of tangerine, lime, and apple. Delicate and tart, this sparkling wine has a good amount of acidity.
