This 12-liter convection oven comes with a high-strength transparent glass bowl which performs various types of cooking such as roasting, grilling, baking, broiling or barbecue. It is specially designed in a way that gives high-level heat resistance while the heat is carried to the food by hot air currents ensuring even and quick cooking. With food being cooked by this air-frying technique, retention of fat or oil is minimized and no soot or radiative is produced resulting in healthier meals. Other features include a timer, push button switches and a lift handle as an On/Off switch for easy operation. The capacity could be enlarged by adding an extender ring.
