Features Our bite-sized, lightly roasted wakasa fish are slowly simmered using the traditional candied method, resulting in a tender texture. The final touch is a sprinkling of aromatic white sesame seeds, enhancing the flavor. This flagship product of ours received the Fisheries Agency Director-General Award at the 2006 National Processed Marine Food Exhibition.
