Walnut liqueur is produced from organically grown walnuts. Walnuts are cut into four slices and macerated in alcohol with cinnamon sticks, sugar and water. The infusion is macerated for 60 days. At the end of the infusion period, walnut liqueur rests for at least one year in a steel container, the liqueur is then filtered and bottled.
