The highlighted Kibana is a baked confection with a white chocolate sandwiched texture. It has been awarded a gold medal at the Monde Selection for 25 consecutive years since 1988. It is the only sweet in Japan to have achieved such as a feat.
Fragrant almond galette is a well-known Hokkaido sweet inspired by the diamond dust seen in the northern prefecture.
