Crafted using the traditional natural withering method—neither frying nor rolling—this tea preserves the authentic essence of the leaves. The dry leaves feature plump buds covered in silvery down, with fleshy, greyish-green leaves resembling a freshly bloomed peony. Once brewed, it yields a clear, apricot-yellow liquor with a prominent downy aroma, complemented by delicate floral and honey notes. Brewing Suggestions:

Use a Gaiwan (lidded bowl). Add 5g of tea leaves per 150ml of water heated to 95°C (203°F). After a quick rinse, steep for 10–15 seconds for subsequent infusions. This tea is highly durable and can withstand over 10 brews.
