This is a Y safety capacitor made of ceramic (as a medium) and copper or tin-plated lead wires. It is coated with epoxy resin for a long service life. This disc-type safety capacitor is widely used in electronic precision instruments and all sorts of small electronic equipment that can be used for resonance, coupling, filter, rejecting and bypassing.
