Zhenjiu ∙ Zhen 8 is made from local red tassel sorghum, wheat and water. It uses the traditional sauce aroma baijiu brewing and solid-state fermentation without adding any aroma substances. Zhen 8 has an elegant sauce aroma, full-bodied flavour,  sweet aftertaste, and long lingering fragrance.
