AWSEC offers an array of immersion trips to the most sought-after wine, spirits and sake regions, including Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Alsace and Cognac in France; Tuscany in Italy; Barossa in Australia as well a number of Sake producing regions in Japan. Students would not only gain first hand experience and an in-depth understanding of the wine/spirits/sake regions and producers, but also have the chance to explore the local cultures and delicious cuisine.
