The higher-diploma (HD) Programme in Fashion Design and Product Development aims at nurturing new talents for local commercial design and fashion industries. It provides students with comprehensive theoretical and practical training on professional fashion design, and enhance their analytical and problem-solving abilities on both design and commercial basis for fashion design and product development.

• Normal duration of study: three years for Form 5 graduates, two years for Form 7 graduates.
