The character Le Le is a mischievous monkey that is designed by Han Meilin, a famous artist in China. The character Le Le is the mascot of China International Cartoon and Animation Festival (CICAF). The CICAF is the county’s largest cartoon and animation event and has been held annually in Hangzhou since 2004.
