Karate is a sport suitable for all ages. Our company is planning to run a project named as "Karate Forest", which is to help retirees improve and maintain their both physical and mental health by integrating karate with mindfulness. Besides, we hope that we can contribute to society for reducing the medical burden of the aging population in the future through the project. Our Company is named “Be SMOVE” as our vision is to inspire the martial arts concept “slow is smooth, smooth is fast”. We believe all training must start in slow process to become fast.
