- Management of the building fabric to ensure it is maintained in good order including service charge planning, expenditure projections, property inspections, contractor management, repairs and maintenance activities.
- Procurement and supplier management to ensure value for money is achieved.
- Insurance management to ensure all required insurances are suitable, sufficient and current.
- Management of all essential utilities including electricity, water, gas, waste management, telecoms etc.
