  • Property management: provide market information about the cities of mainland China, process different types of asset management, property maintenance, and leasing management.
Asset management:
  • Advice on asset investment and strategy.
  • Valuation of premises for asset management purposes.
  • Legal advice and preparation for evidence and negotiation.
  • Sales, marketing, advertising and agency matters.
  • Sales and letting of premises.
  • Management of acquisition and disposal of property assets.
  • Administration of property assets.
Fees:
  • Selling 1% of the consideration.
  • Leasing 1 month rental.
  • Renew leasing 1/4 of the rental.
  • Valuation 1-2% (minimum charges HK$100).
  • Collecting rent 1% of the rental (minimum charges HK$100).
  • Interior repairing actual cost + 15% admin charges (minimum charges HK$100).
  • Vacancy HK$300/month/unit.
