Project Description
Bancroft AE is providing full A/E services to design a new Laboratory and Pharmacy building for the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System.

The building will be located next to the newly constructed Emergency Department.  This location places both functions right between the ED and the Outpatient Care Clinic, and provides good access to both the Community Living Center (CLC) and the Inpatient Care wards in Building 107.

The building will serve both inpatient and outpatient needs with a project objective of improving the service to the inpatient and outpatient population and provide for future growth of the program.

The location of the building is part of an historic building site and there was a considerable amount of utilities mapping of the area required.
