Our History
Founded in 1910 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Aerowatch was intended to be a symbol of modernity. The
choice of an English name was already a sign of the company's desire to expand abroad, and echoed
the booming world of aviation. The family business came through the First World War with some
difficulty.
In 1942, Maxime Crevoisier took over the watchmaking business and moved to new premises in the
town of Neuchâtel. The company specialized in the manufacture of pocket watches and pendants.
After 46 years at the helm, Georges Crevoisier (Maxime's son) takes a well-deserved retirement and
hands over AEROWATCH to Denis Bolzli in 2001. In this way, the transition is seamless and the
tradition continues.
In 2005, the company run by Denis Bolzli and his children presented its first collection of
wristwatches inspired by vintage pocket watches. The emblematic "1942" model was born. Today,
we are proud to have over 500 points of sale worldwide, including more than 120 in Switzerland. The
company continues to grow successfully, offering quality watches at very competitive prices.
