It features a powerful, dense structure on the palate, with very ripe tannins, good acidity and a hint of fruit. Personal wines (DOP Utiel-Requena) and cavas (DO CAVA) made mostly from indigenous varieties (Bobal, for example), “Best Cava of Spain” for several years in blind tastings, good rates by Parker and in the international contests. Concerning the winemaking, these wines and cavas are made in the most natural possible way, without tricks, being able to be the expression of a terroir with its own, inimitable and genuine personality. To reach this goal, we use the efforts way:  the grapes harvest by night when the temperatures are cooler, the respect for the environment, the assiduous, devoted and constant work, among others respectuous methods which are employed to extract the best of our old vineyards.
