ES Chuck

 	 ES Chuck connects to your grinding machine, freezes the material at +17&deg;C and you can adjust or grind the surface into your desired shape as you wish.&nbsp; 	 It is ideal for thin materials, glass, copper, metals that are not applicable with magnet chuck or vaccum chuck. 	 Applicable with curved surfaces . 	 Takes less cleaning time than wax chuck.

We started as Kawashima Shouten in Tokyo, Japan in 1966 selling various metals. Established a factory at Kawaguchi, Saitama in 1976 in order to start producing injection mold base for plastic products & factory related parts.
We founded Kawakin Sangyo Co., Ltd. in 1983 to trade copper and brass products. Established sales department in Kawashima Kinzoku Co., Ltd. in Kawaguchi in 1990. Increased capital to JPYen 3,200 in 1995. Established Windex Co., Ltd. in 2004 in order to ship molds and mold base from China into Japan.
We make customized mold base for injection plastic products specifically according to the blueprint you provide. Our company philosophy is quality comes first.
