促 進公私營機構與回收再造業的夥伴合作關係，啟發企業社會責任，鼓勵減少、再用及循環再造廢物資源，令廢物資源重回消費圈，藉以建立循環經濟

「環保園之友」計劃期望能達至以下目標：

• 透過回收再造業與公私營機構之間的合作，以及對環境保護的貢獻，提高公眾對減廢及資源再生的意識；
• 提供一個有效的免費平台以促進環保園內回收再造商與公私營機構的夥伴合作關係；
• 表揚各公私營機構對環境保護的貢獻

Mission

To promote collaborative partnership among the public and private sectors, and the recycling industry, inspire corporate social responsibility and encourage waste reduction, reuse and recycling, bringing waste resources back to the consumption loop and thereby building a circular economy. 

The objectives of "Friends of EcoPark" Scheme (the Scheme) are:

• to raise public awareness on waste reduction and recovery through collaborative efforts demonstrated by recycling industry, public and private sectors;
• to provide a free and an effective platform for motivating partnership initiatives among the EcoPark tenants, public and private sectors;
• to recognize the public and private sectors which contribute to the betterment of the environment.
