To cater for diverse learning needs and enable the development of multi-intelligence, PoSENtial tailors interest classes for children with high-functional special educational needs and introduces the Shadow Coach Scheme. Collaborating with centres that provide interest classes, shadow coaches trained with CSENIE are put in classrooms to co-teach with specialised instructors. Coaches assist learning and handle the problematic behaviors of SEN students, ensuring the use of proper teaching strategies and effective learning. Everyone has their own talent and we, PoSENtial, aim to provide SEN students an opportunity to discover and fulfill their potential, bringing out the best of these special kids.
