- To help wine lovers to appreciate wine better, we have designed wine classes of the following topics. The classes are two hours each.
- The tutor will guide the participants to taste and analyse 4 wines that are selected to fit the theme of the topics.
- An introduction to wine appreciation.
- Behind the label – Bordeaux red wines.
- French wines beyond Bordeaux.
- Old world versus new world (I) – Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand.
- Old world versus new world (II) – Germany, Italy, USA, South America.
- We also offer classes of special topics (in Cantonese, Putonghua or English) specified by corporate clients or groups.
