ORIGIN – TERROIR Château Saint Brice is located a few kilometres from the famous town of Saint-Emilion. This family property has existed since 1932. The 13 hectares of vines are pampered, observed and cultivated with all the French know-how of the Myshkin family. The 35 year old vineyard is planted in gravelly soil, typical of the region, which offers all the splendour of this fine wine. It is subject to a reasoned protection notably thanks to practices such as the ploughing of the rows of vines, grassing, disbudding or leaf removal. Château Saint Brice gets part of its secret from green harvesting.  VINIFICATION Harvesting at optimum maturity with an optical sorting table. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 4 to 6 days for optimal extraction. Automatic pumping over and micro-oxygenation. Hot maceration for 3 to 4 weeks depending on tasting. Aged for 12 months - 50% in new French oak barrels and 50% in barrels.  GRAPES VARIETIES 80% Merlot 20% Cabernet  TASTING NOTES With a beautiful purple and ruby colour, Château Saint Brice offers a nose with notes of blackcurrant, red fruit and a hint of vanilla and spices. The mouth is round, supple and elegant on the attack. It gradually evolves towards an assertive character and pronounced and powerful tannins. On the finish, you discover a wine with subtle roasted notes.  FOOD &amp; WINE PAIRING Château Saint Brice is the perfect accompaniment to noble dishes such as foie gras or duck. It will also go perfectly with cheeses of character. Serve between 17° and 18°C.

The property in the 18th century, along with Lafite and Latour, of the prince of vines, the Marquis Nicolas-Alexandre de S&eacute;gur, then the Barons de Brane, Ch&acirc;teau Mouton Rothschild took its present name after it was acquired by Baron Nathaniel de Rothschild, from the English branch of the famous dynasty, in 1853. For many years, despite the increasingly acknowledged quality of its wine, Mouton aroused little interest among its owners, unwilling to make the journey to a then-neglected region. So it was a red-letter day when, in 1922, Baron Nathaniel s great grandson Baron Philippe de Rothschild, barely 20 years old, took in hand the destiny of an estate to which he would devote his entire life.

Château Plain Point Fronsac 2019 is a timeless classic, offering a powerful, elegant, and complex profile. This wine is a blend of 81% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2% Malbec, expressing captivating notes of ripe fruits and spices. The estate's mosaic of terroirs, including blue clay, asteriated limestone, and clay-limestone, contributes to the wine's remarkable complexity. The grapes were hand-harvested and underwent a 28-day maceration period. Fermentation took place in thermo-regulated concrete and stainless-steel tanks. The wine was then aged for 12 months, with 50% matured in French oak barrels (half new, half one-year-old) and 50% in concrete tanks. This meticulous process results in a structured yet refined wine, the ideal companion for exceptional moments.
