Riesling 2023 / Terroir ZN The color is greenish with golden reflections. The aroma is intense, dominated by tones of ripe yellow fruit and yellow apple. The taste is structured and smoothly follows the aroma. The finish is long, with pleasant acidity. Fermented and aged in the stainless steal tank for 7 months on the fine lees, then filtration and bottling. Great with light appetizers such as salads, seafood or fresh cheeses. The acidity and freshness perfectly complements these dishes. For main courses, Veltliner is the ideal partner for fish and various creamy or fatty dishes. VARIETY PREMIUM CARMENÈRE (100%) WINERY SELECTION ORIGIN Central Valley, Chile.  VINEYARDS Vineyards located on the southern edge of the Maule Valley. The soils are thin and low in fertility, with a clayey structure. Summers are dry and very hot, ensuring full ripening of this grape, which truly benefits from complete and uniform ripening. We included 10% Merlot from the Alto Maipo Valley. This condition gives the wine delicate floral and fruity aromas. Vineyard yield: 12 tons/ha. Harvest date: Second week of April.  TECHNICAL NOTES The grapes were hand-picked in mid-April, providing a good balance between sugars, acids, and tannins. Fermentation took place at 28-29°C, with a 6-day post-fermentation maceration. Ninety percent of this wine was aged in French and American oak for 18 months, and the remainder came from stainless steel cellars, providing fruity aromas and freshness. This wine has not been treated or filtered to preserve its natural aromas and structure.  TASTING NOTES Purple cherry red with vivid violet edges. A wine with intense aromas, dominated by black fruits such as blackberries and black cherries, blending with the toasted notes of coffee and tobacco derived from barrel aging. A delicious, full-bodied wine with persistent aromas layered by sweet, round tannins. Despite being a young wine, its balanced structure and proper ripeness allow it to be consumed now, or to continue developing favorably for several years.  SERVE: 17°C. Recommended with all red meats, lamb, and spiced dishes.

VARIETY  PREMIUM CABERNET SAUVIGNON (100%) WINERY SELECTION  ORIGIN  Central Valley, Chile  VINEYARDS Vineyards located on the southern edge of the Maule Valley. The soils are thin, clayey, and yield low. Summers are hot and dry, ensuring perfect berry ripeness. Exposure to predominantly southerly winds provides good ventilation, ensuring healthy vines. We include 10% Cabernet Sauvignon from our vineyard located in the Maipo Valley to add soft tannins, more elegant aromas, and a long finish. Vineyard yield: 12 tons/ha. Harvest date: Third week of April.  TECHNICAL NOTES The grapes were harvested in the third week of April, seeking the perfect balance between sugar, natural acidity, tannin maturity, and the fruity-floral aroma characteristic of this Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were selected from the best areas and in perfect health, harvested by hand. We carried out a brief pre-fermentation maceration at a low temperature and then fermented at temperatures between 28°C and 30°C. Ninety percent of this wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 18 months. The remaining 20% was kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve its delicate fruity and floral aromas.  TASTING NOTES Perfect cherry red color, good intensity, and bright appeal. The aroma is intense, complex, and elegant, reminiscent of ripe red fruits such as cherry, red plum, and honey, along with tobacco and slightly smoky notes provided by the long barrel aging. This wine has a rich aroma, with abundant ripe tannins and a fine persistence. Its special characteristics will become increasingly refined with time in the bottle.  SERVING: 17°C. We recommend it as a pairing with red meats or spicy and savory dishes.

Red fruit, floral notes, and a freshness that invites you to drink. With an alcohol content of 10.5% Vol, it’s a wine for “everyday” occasions, but don’t be fooled: even in the face of tortellini, La Vie puts on a show.

VARIETY RESERVA CHARDONNAY (100%) ORIGIN Maule Valley, Chile  VINEYARDS Vineyards located in Maule Valley. The influence of the river and the elevation (1,600 ft), determine warm springs and summers of intense light yet of moderate temperatures. These factors allow a slow maturity of the grapes leading to very particular and intense aromas. Vineyard yield: 16 ton/ha Harvest date: Last week of February.  TECHNICAL NOTES Grapes were hand picked and selected, and then transported to the winery in small trays (15 kg) to protect fruit integrity. 100% was fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures ranging from 15°C to 17°C for preserving fruity and floral aromas characteristic of the variety.  TASTING NOTES Intense straw-yellow color with light golden tones. Its intense aroma reminds pineapple and citric fruits. It keeps notes of fresh and crispy acidity in the palate. Well Balnce, good acidity and freshness, spower and elegant wine.   SERVE at 12°C. Recommended for seafood, pastas with white sauces, and white meats lightly spiced.
