承保服務出口

   香港出口信用保險跼（信保跼）於1966年成立，是為香港出口商提供出口信用保險服務的法定机構，以保障出口商在付貨前後因商業或政治事故未能收回款項的風險，從而鼓勵及支援香港出口貿易。信保跼鬚根據《香港出口信用保險跼條例》（香港法例第1115章）的要求營運，併獲香港特憋行政區政府保證承擔信保跼根據保險合約所負的或有法律責任，現時法定最高負責額為400億港元。   信保跼為需放帳予海外買家或用戶的香港貨物或服務業出口商，就放帳期長達180天的交易提供一系列出口信用保險服務。信保跼除了承保在香港出口和轉口的貨物外，亦承保由供應商所在地不經香港而直接付運予買家的离岸貨運。信保跼保險設施的最高賠償率為信用限額的90%。

   為協助香港出口商管理對外貿易的信用風險，信保跼正透過一站式網上平檯「信保易」提供免費網上報價服務，保戶可藉此享用免費買傢信用調查。

   一站式網上平檯「信保易」（www.ec-link.com.hk）有助信保跼與客戶之間建立電子文檔及交換資訊。出口商可以隨時隨地透過信保易投保，保戶則可使用這個平檯管理保單，例如提交信用限額申請、管理買傢組合的信用限額、申報貨運、申請延長付款限期或改變付款方式等。「信保易」更提供統計報告，輔助保戶分析業務表現。

Comprehensive Cover Policy The Comprehensive Cover Policy (CCP) is a Policy designed for Hong Kong exporters and manufacturers. The Policy provides cover not only for all your export business on credit terms with goods shipped from Hong Kong, but also those transported directly from suppliers'' countries to their destination without passing through Hong Kong. ECIC provides cover for such transactions under the Comprehensive Cover Policy (CCP) as long as you are the principal in the contract of sale. All protection commences from the date of shipment.

    For all events of loss, the maximum indemnity provided is 90% of the credit limit.    The ECIC provides buyer credit checking and assessment. The credit information is regularly updated to monitor the risks.    With a worldwide network of lawyers and debt collectors available to call on, the ECIC is in a strong position to assist policyholders in solving payment problems and to advise them on practical actions for preventing or minimizing losses.    Insurance policies issued by the ECIC are accepted by the banking community as useful collateral for discounting export bills. The protection accorded to a policyholder may be extended to the policyholder bank by a letter of authority, which enables claims to be paid directly to the bank and can be instrumental in helping policyholders obtain banking facilities.
