   香港出口信用保險跼（信保跼）於1966年成立，是為香港出口商提供出口信用保險服務的法定机構，以保障出口商在付貨前後因商業或政治事故未能收回款項的風險，從而鼓勵及支援香港出口貿易。信保跼鬚根據《香港出口信用保險跼條例》（香港法例第1115章）的要求營運，併獲香港特憋行政區政府保證承擔信保跼根據保險合約所負的或有法律責任，現時法定最高負責額為400億港元。   信保跼為需放帳予海外買家或用戶的香港貨物或服務業出口商，就放帳期長達180天的交易提供一系列出口信用保險服務。信保跼除了承保在香港出口和轉口的貨物外，亦承保由供應商所在地不經香港而直接付運予買家的离岸貨運。信保跼保險設施的最高賠償率為信用限額的90%。

   一站式網上平檯「信保易」（www.ec-link.com.hk）有助信保跼與客戶之間建立電子文檔及交換資訊。出口商可以隨時隨地透過信保易投保，保戶則可使用這個平檯管理保單，例如提交信用限額申請、管理買傢組合的信用限額、申報貨運、申請延長付款限期或改變付款方式等。「信保易」更提供統計報告，輔助保戶分析業務表現。

 &nbsp;&ldquo;Retail Technology Adoption Assistance Scheme for Manpower
Demand Management (ReTAAS)&rdquo;  

The Retail Technology Adoption Assistance Scheme for Manpower Demand Management (ReTAAS) has approved funding of over 80 per cent of its processed applications since its launch in December 2014. The total amount of funding approved is $4.15 million up to the end of March 2016.

To alleviate the manpower shortage problem of the retail industry, the Government introduced the $50-million Retail Technology Adoption Assistance Scheme for Manpower Demand Management (ReTAAS) in December 2014 to help the industry adopting relevant ICT and other technologies to enhance productivity and manage manpower demand.

Up to the end of March 2016, the scheme has received a total of 187 applications and has processed 146 of them, amongst which&nbsp;121 were approved (82.9%).

Many of the first batch of grantees completed their approved projects and received&nbsp;the&nbsp;approved funds. For example, a pet product seller has used the approved fund to install a point-of-sale system to connect its online-to-offline platforms to enhance efficiency and save manpower; and set up a closed-circuit television system to enable 24-hour monitoring of the security of the physical store without extra manpower. The initiatives have assisted the company&rsquo;s expansion from an online shop to a physical store.

Applications for ReTAAS are accepted all year round with vetting being held every three months and the next cut-off time for applications will be 30&nbsp;April 2016.
