Along the line, PMS is coupled with IPc’s self-developed electronics devices/APP for RFID number/barcode pairing (GT103), production work capture (GTeXmini), finished goods quality controller pad (fQCPad), roving quality controller pad (rQCPad), and line productivity display (Kanban APP). Depending on expectations of customer, these devices may be installed on each sewing machine or at the key check points to show the real time shopfloor production status.
