Z Series DC motor offers ten frame sizes with center heights from 315 mm to 900 mm.
Key features of our Z-series motors include:
1、H-class insulation (superior to F-class) provides exceptional heat resistance.
2、Improved thermal and commutation performance significantly boosts overload capacity and reliability, fully meeting Class B motor requirements.
3、Optimized electromagnetic design reduces the moment of inertia, allowing for more flexible motor control.
4、Armature and stator pole coils undergo vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), ensuring superior insulation, contamination resistance, and structural integrity.
5、A simplex lap winding with equalizers minimizes circuit imbalance. TIG welding connects risers to high-quality silver-copper commutator bars, enhancing thermal stability and eliminating the risk of riser fracture during high-speed operation.
6、H-class mica between commutator segments prevents slippage and deformation during high-speed running.
7、The armature, commutating poles, and frame utilize high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets.
8、Equipped with imported rolling bearings and automatic oil drainage systems.
9、Uses high-efficiency coolers with comprehensive monitoring.
10、Manufactured under an ISO9001:2008 certified system, with products holding CQC and CE certifications.
Product Performance:
1. The duty cycle of this motor series is continuous working duty (S1).
2. Standard rated voltages for motors below Z710 are 220V, 330V, 440V, 550V, and 660V (five types); for Z900, they are 660V, 750V, 850V, and 950V (four types). Other voltage ratings can be derived upon request and must be agreed upon at the time of ordering.
3. The basic excitation mode is separate excitation. The field winding features four lead terminals divided into two groups. When connected in series, the excitation voltage is 220V; when connected in parallel, it is 110V. Other excitation voltage levels can be negotiated at the time of ordering.
Forced excitation is permitted for this series, with a voltage not exceeding 550V. During forced excitation, the field current may instantaneously slightly exceed the rated value; however, once stabilized, it must not exceed the rated value.
4. Short-time overload capacity of the motors:
