- We regard the hilly area in Upper Mantua, as the one of highest expression of our terrain. And here, The cultivation of Pinot Grigio grapes with their rich features and high quality are presented with fruity presence.
- A wine of easy immediacy
- The fruity and floral notes, combined with a bold, solid structure , make this perfect wine to accompany most lacustrine dishes.
- Technical Notes
- Altitude: 90-150 m s.i.d.m. Soil: Stony, clay, moraine.
- The vineyard
- Pruning: Guyot. Yield per hectare: 150 quintals / ha
- The vinification
- Grape variety: 100% Pinot Grigio. Harvest: early September depending on the year, selected grapes harvested by hand Vinification: After pressing the wine, made from a cold maceration, is fermented in stainless steel to preserve and enhance the varietal aromas. Aging: about 3-5 months in stainless steel, and at least 2-3 months in bottle.

- Analytical data: Alcohol: 1. 2,5% Residual sugar: 4 g / l Total acidity: 5,6 g / I Bottling: between the end of year (harvest) and the beginning of the new year.
- Characteristics
- Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Olfactory: Fruity, elegant, with sweet aromas of flowers. Taste: Fresh and maintains a good mineral structure.

- Pairs well with risotto, pasta and soups. Serve at 10-12

- Always keep a bottle in the fridge, goes remarkably well with every dish on a summer menu.
