The product can be used as a normal waist bag, belted up on user's waist, on the chest or the back. When being used as a normal waist bag, small belongings such as wallets, ID cards, passports can be placed inside the storing space of the waist bag. Whenever necessary, the waist bag can easily be unfolded and transformed into a Sports Rain/wind Jacket.  After transforming into a Sports Rain/ wind Jacket, user can still have an access to get his/ her small belongings by entering from the opening of the Jacket's side pocket.
